"I thought The ElleRays was a fun and enjoyable kids' story. It felt like reading a superhero origin story from the comics. The characters are well thought out and likable, with distinct personalities. Each sister has a unique power that is theirs alone. I absolutely loved the illustrations for this book. The images really capture the story and grab young readers' attention with their bright colors and vivid scenes. Overall, I feel that authors Cherelle and Amari Yarbrough did an excellent job with this children’s book. It will definitely keep youngsters reading. Also, I look forward to reading more about these special sisters as their powers grow".
